📋 Description

• Serve as Finance Business Partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and trusted advisor to C-suite leadership • Optimize go-to-market, sales, and revenue-generating initiatives • Provide decision support on how sales and partnership choices impact the P&L • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for sales and go-to-market activities • Develop financial models for strategic decisions and incremental investments • Partner with Sales and Product to assess incentives, promotions, and pricing changes on revenue • Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting, reporting, and spend management • Analyze financial results and communicate key insights to internal stakeholders • Support business planning and help develop team targets and OKRs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience • Preferred experience in a public company and/or marketplace environment • Experience working with Business Development and Sales teams • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to translate financial analysis into clear and insightful recommendations • Proactive approach to embracing AI tools to scale processes and deliver actionable insights
