📋 Description

• Manage and deliver complex network projects by coordinating across teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of infrastructure solutions. • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing. • Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across network platforms in coordination with security and compliance teams. • Participate in major incident response and on-call rotations, including triage, root cause analysis, and resolution planning. • Act as an escalation point for 1st-line support teams and guide troubleshooting of complex network issues. • Perform routine maintenance and implement network changes including upgrades, configuration adjustments, and software patches. • Liaise with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, application, security) to coordinate deployments and ensure end-to-end reliability. • Support hardware lifecycle processes (replacements, upgrades, decommissions). • Support network audits (SOC, PCI) by providing configuration details and remediation. • Track and analyze capacity metrics to prevent performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal performance. • Monitor network infrastructure to ensure continuous availability and performance. • Stabilize and evolve global network infrastructure, supporting rollouts, platform updates, and operational improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a strong background in data center environments. • Knowledge and hands-on experience with VXLAN/EVPN. • Strong experience managing and troubleshooting data center network devices. • Solid understanding of routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF). • Proficiency in advanced networking concepts: MLAG, VPC, STP, HA protocols. • Proven expertise in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting Fortigate and Cisco ASA/Firepower firewalls. • Experience with network automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, Nautobot) is advantageous. • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Docker, Git, Terraform) is a plus. • Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE) are desirable but not mandatory. • Experience participating in on-call rotations and incident response. • Strong communication, teamwork, accountability, problem-solving, adaptability, and active listening skills.
