• Track record of successful management of growing value-added revenue for an innovative science-based company • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial sales, including global or national-level oversight • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and managing complex sales organizations • Deep understanding of key markets, food processing, wastewater, and other manufacturing environments • Proven track record of developing executive-level relationships with key accounts and delivering revenue growth • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with excellent forecasting and pipeline management skills • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales tools • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
