📋 Description

• Lead the finance team in preparing accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior management to align financial objectives with business strategies. • Monitor financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive growth. • Establish and enforce robust financial controls and procedures. • Support fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance. • Proven ability to lead teams and influence at senior organizational levels. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment is preferred.
