📋 Description

• Provide thought leadership and engage with clients • Advise data leaders at strategic clients through forward-looking advisory and thought leadership • Conduct brown bags and educational forums for core clients • Review client platforms, organizations, and practices and provide improvement recommendations, solutions, and roadmaps • Lead technology transformation agendas rooted in Data and Insights across technology, organization, and processes • Help recruit key talent for client technology roles • Create detailed technology solutions for complex and first-of-a-kind initiatives • Present Tiger Analytics capabilities to new prospects • Create solutions and proposals for client requirements • Mentor engineering talent at different levels • Manage architect resources • Create thought leadership content for go-to-market offerings, including reference architectures, methods, and practices • Participate in interviews and help evolve hiring practices • Liaise with offshore counterparts on solutions, training, and capabilities development • Recommend strategies to improve resiliency and security and optimize costs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience in Information Systems • 10+ years of relevant experience building solution architectures and technology platforms • 5+ years of experience in consulting leadership roles • Experience with large enterprise data applications • Ability to operate as a senior leader independently and connect with senior stakeholders • Extensive Banking and Financial Services (BFS) experience • Experience developing solution architectures for large enterprises and transformation programs • Strong experience with traditional and modern data platforms, including NoSQL, MPP, columnar, big data, and cloud data platforms • Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud data platform services • Experience with batch ETL, real-time streaming, and IoT architectures • Experience with Big Data, Data Fabric, and Data Mesh architectures • Experience with federated and centralized data management practices and technologies, including data governance • Experience establishing data governance and data catalogs, with deep understanding of data security • Experience and expertise with MLOps processes, platforms, and organizational implications • Experience with ML models and modeling lifecycles • Experience with data warehousing, BI lifecycles, and related technologies • Experience with DevOps techniques, Infrastructure as Code, deployment patterns, and programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, Rust, .NET, and scripting • Knowledge and experience with knowledge graphs and graph technologies • Experience with digital customer data platforms, martech platforms, clickstream data processing, and digital analytics platforms • Strong ownership, agility, and entrepreneurial spirit • Ability to collaborate with multiple client and internal stakeholders • Ability to work with abstract problem statements and guide stakeholders through a consultative, collaborative approach • Ability to review architecture requirements and recommend effective solutions • Ability to recommend strategies to improve resiliency, security, and cost optimization
