• 4+ years of talent acquisition experience recruiting for technical (engineering, product, data science) and business roles. • Proven experience hiring across international APAC markets such as Singapore, Australia, India, and the Philippines. • Strong understanding of local talent landscapes, employment laws, and cultural nuances. • Experience operating independently in high-growth or startup environments with shifting priorities. • Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. • Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence and align diverse teams. • Deep commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and promoting inclusivity.
