📋 Description

• Own the rhythm of our product lifecycle, from first spark to full delivery and beyond. • Manage each programme through every stage of its journey: concept, design, launch, review, and renewal. • Keep every product healthy and high-performing, ensuring relevance, compliance, and impact for learners and employers. • Be the guardian of learning design, ensuring coherence, flexibility, and alignment with real-world industry needs. • Coordinate expertise to create learning that’s relevant, accredited, and strong, including new propositions like CPD. • Help shape product strategy and develop business cases delivering real value for learners, employers, and the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or programme development, ideally within education, training, or skills-based industries. • Expert project manager who can lead and inspire stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to see the big picture and make it happen. • Driven by curiosity and care, combining strategic thinking with sharp execution. • Excellent communication skills to bring people with you through clarity, empathy and collaboration. • Belief in Learning as a Force for Change. • Ability to stay calm, balanced, and focused when things shift.
