📋 Description

• Implementation of the product compliance strategy with a focus on current market and company priorities • Primary point of contact for regulatory communication and authorities • Conducting safety investigations and supporting customer complaints • Advising on regulatory requirements to enable business opportunities • Communicating legislative changes and supporting their implementation • Ongoing risk assessment to balance compliance and business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships • Excellent written and spoken German and English (including technical content and documentation); Spanish is a plus • Ability to assess risk and support commercial decisions • Confidence in handling difficult or sensitive discussions • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail • Technical knowledge of regulatory requirements for specific product categories
