• The Middle East Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across the Middle East region. • Design, execute, and optimize innovative acquisition strategies to generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads in the Middle East financial markets. • Create and manage comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the unique consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments of the Middle East. • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns—including digital (social media, search, display), email, and offline channels. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities. • Develop, manage, and track marketing budgets for the Middle East region, ensuring maximum ROI. • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics using analytics tools. • Work closely with Sales, Product, CRM, and other internal teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of marketing initiatives. • Ensure consistent application of TMGM's brand standards across all marketing channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred • 5-7 years marketing experience with 3+ years in financial services (forex, CFDs, fintech) • Proven track record in managing marketing strategies in the Middle East region • Deep understanding of Middle East markets: cultural nuances, consumer behavior, regulatory landscape • Expert proficiency in digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social media, paid media, content marketing • Strong analytical skills with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics or similar) • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools • Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C lead generation and customer acquisition • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen • Cultural intelligence and sensitivity to Middle East markets • Data-driven decision making and ROI focus • Creative campaign development and execution • Leadership and stakeholder management • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
