📋 Description

• The Project Management area is responsible for leading a team, typically cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals and requirements. • Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project. • Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints. • Creating and executing Project Plans, Change Orders, Agendas and Status Reports and revising as appropriate to meet project needs and requirements • Identifying resources needed and managing assigned resources • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope • Reviewing deliverables prepared by team before passing to client • Effectively applying PMO methodology and enforcing project standards • Managing multiple projects at once with one week to multi- month life cycles • Tracking risks, hardware and personnel • Collaborating with engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders • Ensuring project documents are complete, current and stored and billed appropriately • Participate in onsite client meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years’ experience in trading technology: Infrastructure, Telcom, Managed Service Provider, Risk, Clearing, Trade Execution, ISV, Fix Protocol or Market Data Platforms • Hands on technical skills with exposure to a wide variety of infrastructure and application technologies to include: network infrastructure, server operating systems, storage area networks, application monitoring systems, configuration & change management systems • Project Management certification from PMP, SCRUM or PRINCE2 a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong oral presentation skills • Excellent organizational and customer service skills • Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in the Computer Sciences, IT, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience
