📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and accelerate Tobii Dynavox’s commercial presence in France • Own the full commercial agenda and ensure strong commercial execution and performance • Drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline, exceeding targets, and leading a high-performing sales team • Define and execute the France market strategy • Strengthen influence across funders, institutions, and key stakeholders • Unlock growth and advance reimbursement pathways • Evolve team structure and expand market coverage • Improve decision-making through effective use of data, tools, and processes • Act as the bridge between the French market and global teams • Drive cross-functional collaboration and represent the company externally

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in complex solution sales and business development • Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams • Strong commercial mindset with experience in long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments • Experience from regulated, funding-driven markets (e.g. healthcare, education) is a strong advantage • Ability to navigate complex ecosystems involving clinicians, institutions, and public stakeholders • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrix organization • Fluent French • Strong business English, written and spoken • Candidates should be based in the Paris region, or have regular and easy access to Paris
