📋 Description

• Coordinate and perform tasks at the directive of the Accounting Manager • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivables using accounting software • Invoice review, payment and tracking • Monitor company credit cards & receipt reconciliation for employees • Maintain integrity of company’s established accounting processes • Daily review of assigned company bank accounts • Process Quickbooks entries and transactions • Provide exceptional and accurate customer service

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of Accounting or Finance experience in an operations or clerical setting • Technology savvy • Ability to work in a quiet processing environment • Above average level of accuracy • Good communication skills • Positive attitude
