📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional squads in the development of digital products, ensuring high-quality deliveries across the entire development cycle, from conception to implementation; • Collaborate with different departments (marketing, operations, technology, etc.), facilitating alignment and clear communication among all stakeholders; • Make data-driven decisions using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, SQL, among others; • Manage the backlog and roadmap, prioritizing value-driven deliveries aligned with the company's strategic objectives; • Deeply understand customer and user needs and represent them throughout the development process; • Apply and promote agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban in the team's day-to-day work; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working within the team; • Be proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.); • Monitor and improve product success metrics, ensuring continuous evolution and delivery of results; • Actively participate in defining the product vision and in promoting product culture within Tok&Stok.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience defining and managing backlogs, roadmaps, and digital product strategies; • Ability to write user stories and define clear, objective acceptance criteria; • Experience leading multidisciplinary squads using agile methodologies; • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide strategic decisions; • Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in dynamic, high-performance environments; • Knowledge of product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro; • Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is desirable.
