📋 Description

• Supporting players through both phone and live chat. • Finding the right solution for every customer by listening, investigating and problem solving. • Reviewing customer identification as part of onboarding new players. • Helping to keep tombola a safe and responsible place to play by supporting our safer gambling processes. • Delivering an awesome customer experience with every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or similar environment. • Excellent Italian language skills, both written and spoken. • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with a wide range of people. • A proactive problem solver who enjoys finding solutions. • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A warm, friendly personality with a genuine passion for helping people. • A supportive team player who's always happy to help colleagues. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • A desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career at tombola.
