• You combine performance marketing with creative content and take holistic responsibility for client projects: • Google Marketing: planning, implementation and optimization of Google Ads campaigns • Development and implementation of SEO and GEO strategies • Keyword research, competitor analyses and data-driven concepts • Creation and optimization of landing pages (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Elementor) • Implementation and analysis of tracking setups • Social Media & Content: development of content strategies for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) • Creation of target-group-specific content (including video formats) • Planning and execution of paid social campaigns • Performance analysis and continuous optimization • Project work & communication: managing your own projects and providing consultation and communication in German and English • Identifying optimization potential and deriving concrete measures • Contributing to in-house marketing activities (social media, informational content) • Participating in shoots and on-camera appearances

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing (Google & social media) • Confident in working with keywords, campaign structures and data-driven analyses • Experience in content creation and ideally video editing • Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, Canva, CMS (WordPress/Shopify) • You think about marketing holistically — from initial concept to conversion • You work independently, in a structured manner, and reliably • You are communicative and comfortable in front of the camera
