📋 Description

• Spinlab’s API product is a high-load, high-availability system delivering actionable game and player data to clients. • Role is a hands-on Solution Architect with potential CTO opportunity. • Build Spinlab’s first external-facing API product from the ground up, collaborating with data engineers and product leaders. • Startup mindset to move fast, adapt quickly, and shape product and company direction. • Responsibilities: Design architecture for scalable and secure API-based products; lead end-to-end backend development; collaborate on data pipelines for AI/ML; integrate AI/ML models; select infra tooling; set standards and CI/CD; provide hands-on coding; partner with product managers and external partners; identify opportunities for innovation. • Requirements: Strong web backend (JavaScript, Node.js, Python); API-based high-load applications; relational and NoSQL databases; cloud with BigQuery or AWS Athena; Docker, Kubernetes; Redis; building systems from scratch; secure scalable design; startup mindset; desire to influence business outcomes. • Plus: AI/ML experience; iGaming knowledge; fintech or data product background; analytics products; product mindset. • Benefits: Flexible schedule; 25 vacation days; 15 sick days; 1 birthday day off; Ukrainian holidays; medical insurance after probation; English language budget; provided equipment. • What’s next: If this role sounds like a fit, send your CV; we'll review within five working days and reach out to schedule a call.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong web backend development background (Javascript, Node.js, Python). • Experience in high-load, high-availability API-based applications. • Solid knowledge of relational (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). • Cloud experience with BigQuery or AWS Athena. • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based infrastructure. • Proficient with caching systems (e.g., Redis). • Hands-on experience building systems from scratch and making foundational architecture decisions. • Understanding of secure, scalable system design and cloud infrastructure best practices. • Startup mindset — comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements. • Desire to influence business outcomes, not just deliver technical tasks.
