📋 Description

• Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including backlog grooming, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination, focused on AI-driven product capabilities • Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing, talent-facing, and internal product experiences with measurable business value • Define the scope of new product features and ongoing improvements • Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria • Build credibility with internal and external partners • Use data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction and validate AI-driven solutions • Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and communicate contingency and mitigation plans • Conduct ad-hoc research and business analyses to assess opportunities and risks • Identify and solve complex product challenges aligned with short- and long-term strategic initiatives • Apply system-analyst techniques, consulting users to determine hardware, software, and systems specifications • Onboard into Toptal and learn the product suite and product area • Organize and prioritize the roadmap and backlog with Product Managers • Collaborate closely with the development team and take over in-flight and planned initiatives • Support a product category, complete quarterly planning, and set OKRs • Launch high-impact features and measure initiative success against company goals • Improve team processes and develop a repeatable roadmap-delivery model • Discover product opportunities, refine the roadmap and backlog, and align plans with business strategy • Deliver roadmap priorities and scale the team to meet business and user needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline • At least 5 years of proven software product management experience • Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, iteration, and scale • Experience managing mobile, desktop, and web applications across the full product lifecycle is a plus • Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices • Experience designing and launching AI-powered product features with measurable engagement, efficiency, and business outcomes • Experience building and orchestrating intelligent workflows by connecting systems and automation tools • Experience with third-party system integrations is a plus • Comfortable using SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data and conducting internal and external user research • Expertise using data-driven tools and methodologies to gather and synthesize information • Ability to build wireframes and mockups • High quality standards for user stories, design reviews, technical approaches, and feature testing • Experience with agile development methodologies and globally distributed teams • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle varied challenges, deadlines, and contacts • Resumes and communication must be submitted in English • No visa sponsorship or assistance is provided
