• Bachelor’s Degree or (3 - 5 years) experience • 5+ years in Golf Industry Related Sales • 3+ years in Private Club Sales • 5+ years in Prospecting • 5+ years in Prospect Qualifying • 2+ years in Salesforce CRM Management • 3+ years in Negotiation • 3+ years in navigating decision makers • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new prospects daily • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Independent and Entrepreneurial in nature • Ability to navigate change and be adaptable • Travel required
