📋 Description

• Interpret cognitive assessment tests remotely for Medicare-eligible individuals. • Develop and document personalized care plans based on assessment results. • Work in compliance with Medicare billing requirements for cognitive assessment services. • Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to cognitive care. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in an electronic health records system (EHR).

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license • At least 2 years experience in neurology, geriatrics, psychiatry, primary care, or a related field preferred • Familiarity with cognitive testing tools such as MoCA, MMSE, or equivalent • Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach • Must be comfortable utilizing technology and providing teletherapy • Familiarity with CMS guidelines for cognitive assessments • Existing credentialing with Medicare is a plus • Must be able to pass a criminal background check • Must have experience working with clients who are age 65+ • Must have an active NPI • Must be available to start with a minimum of 5 hours per week
