📋 Description

• Create mock-ups and prototypes for new pages • Create a proper design system for our website, making it congruent with different existing designs • Modify the FIGMA files under implementation according to the design system • Support the implementation of new designs interacting with the front-end developers • Ideate improvements to our pages • Analyse user behaviour to design improvements to increase conversion rate and retention

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles for complex web applications • Ability to create wire-frames, build high-fidelity mock-ups and applying design thinking to solve business problems • 3-6 years of proven experience as a UI web designer , including the creation of dynamic pages already implemented and working. References will be checked. • Proven experience with Figma • Availability for at least 24 hours per week, divided into 3 full working days. • Strong communication skills in English • In the portfolio, please include links to the implementation of designs on dynamic websites or apps that can be tested. Those will be considered more important.
