• Develop and implement strategic sales plans • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals • Review market analyses to determine customer needs • Advise reps, dealers, distributors, and clients regarding sales and advertising techniques • Meet with clients to maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management • Experience with large national distributors and dealers preferred • Access control experience preferred • Intermediate to advanced experience in sales reporting utilizing CRM (such as Salesforce.com) • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system a plus • Strong organizational and communication skills
