• Lead the delivery of partnership tax compliance and advisory services • Manage a portfolio of partnership clients, including OMBs and HNWIs ensuring exceptional client service • Oversee project budgets, workflow, and timely completion of advisory assignments • Provide technical support on partnership profit allocation, partner succession, and restructuring matters • Collaborate with Partners and senior management on complex compliance and advisory projects • Ensure adherence to HMRC regulations and professional institute guidelines • Manage the tax team
• CTA qualified with 3 years' post qualification experience • Strong technical expertise in tax gained within the profession or industry • Experience using Digita • Experience mentoring and supervising staff • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple assignments • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
