âą Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close. âą Build and implement a clear and organized outbound plan with the designated SDR and mentor the SDR. âą Articulate Traackrâs value proposition to executive-level decision makers (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Procurement) and demo prospects. âą Build, manage, and forecast a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities. âą Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align go-to-market strategies. âą Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback on market trends, competitor positioning, and product needs.
âą Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required. âą Strong ability to develop and sustain senior-level customer relationships. âą Experience in a high-growth, acquisition-driven sales environment. âą 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales. âą Detailed knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com. âą Familiarity with marketing technology, influencer marketing, or social media platforms strongly preferred. âą Strong understanding of enterprise procurement, legal processes, and multi-stakeholder decision cycles. âą Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. âą Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing internal teams to achieve goals. âą Industry experience is preferred.
