📋 Description

• Design and build demo infrastructure: Develop and maintain the backend and frontend systems that power Tractian’s demos, including APIs, data pipelines, databases. • Manage demo data generation: Build tools and scripts to simulate real-world scenarios in demo environments. • Manage uptime and reliability: Monitor and optimize demo environment performance, ensuring minimal downtime and fast recovery for sales calls, trade shows, and executive presentations. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure the demo stack incorporates the latest features and accurately reflects production environments. • Build internal tools and dashboards: Provide internal APIs, dashboards, and admin tools that let AEs, SEs easily deploy, reset, or configure demo environments on demand. • Version and document: Maintain strong documentation and version control of demo assets, infrastructure configurations, and deployment scripts for reproducibility. • Continuously improve: Analyze usage metrics, environment performance, and sales feedback to prioritize new features and enhancements in the demo ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. • Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, Typescript, non relational databases like MongoDB, ScyllaDB. • 2+ years of experience in Demo Engineering, or a software engineering role. • Experience training and enabling sales teams on how to deliver technical demos effectively. • Ability to create structured, repeatable demo processes that scale across global teams. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional stakeholders. • Aligns with the mission and values of Tractian.
