• Marketing at TRACTIAN • The Tractian Marketing team bridges the gap between our innovative products and the technical audience we serve, combining Growth, Branding, and Product Marketing to reach and resonate with both prospects and customers. • Our team collaborates deeply with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our visual identity and messaging reflect Tractian expertise and commitment to operational excellence. • What will you do • As a Sr. Creative Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and leading the creative direction within the Creative Core Team. • You will act as the main technical reference for the design team, mentoring designers, ensuring top-quality creative execution, and driving high-impact projects that align with our business objectives. • This role is perfect for a designer who blends creativity with strategic thinking, understands the nuances of branding in B2B, and has the leadership skills to elevate our design team to the next level.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • Strong ability to manage complex creative initiatives, aligning multiple stakeholders and ensuring project execution meets strategic objectives. • 5+ years of experience in brand design, marketing campaigns, and creative direction, preferably in B2B or SaaS companies. • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital marketing assets, and high-impact creative projects. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and motion design tools like After Effects. • Deep understanding of design’s role in marketing, sales enablement, and lead generation, with a strategic mindset. • Ability to integrate data insights into creative decision-making to improve engagement and campaign success
