📋 Description

• Produce and run live broadcasts using OBS Studio • Manage scenes, overlays, transitions, audio sources, and stream layouts • Monitor stream quality, audio levels, and connectivity, troubleshooting technical issues in real time • Coordinate with hosts, traders, and guests before and during broadcasts, including remote guest setup • Prepare production assets, graphics, lower thirds, and visual elements before going live • Run pre-show checks and maintain production checklists and run-of-show documents • Record, organize, and archive livestream content for the content team • Collaborate with hosts, traders, and internal stakeholders to execute content plans and broadcast schedules • Support content calendars and publishing workflows across Tradeify TV and social channels • Flag standout moments and timestamps from broadcasts for short-form repurposing • Assist with light editing, including trimming clips, adding captions, and basic social formatting • Assist in developing new show formats and audience engagement initiatives • Stay current on livestream best practices, tools, and platform updates • Contribute creative ideas to grow the Tradeify TV brand and community

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience • 1–3 years of experience in livestream production, broadcast production, or a related field • Strong working knowledge of OBS Studio and livestream production workflows • Solid understanding of audio and video fundamentals, including mic setup, audio mixing, and encoding settings • Experience streaming to platforms such as YouTube, X, Twitch, or similar • Experience with remote guest tools or multi-camera setups, such as VDO.Ninja, StreamYard, vMix, Zoom, or Restream • Ability to stay composed and solve problems quickly during live broadcasts • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take ownership • Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software • Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, or LinkedIn • Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects or similar tools • Experience producing podcasts, webinars, or creator content • Experience in fintech, trading, gaming, sports, or educational media • Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn analytics • Interest in financial markets, futures trading, investing, or fintech • Availability for approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility around live broadcast times • Core hours aligned with London business hours
