• Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, X, Reddit or other channels • Ensure our martech stack enables best-in-class tracking, attribution, and reporting to support our growth • Continuously improve performance through testing of creatives, copy, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign structure • Explore and validate new channels and campaign types • Build clear documentation & reports to showcase your work beyond top of line metrics
• Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including integrating tools and processes to drive optimisation and automation • Deep understanding of best practices for campaign structure, bidding, ad copy, creative, and extensions • Proficiency with Google Ads products and programmatic advertising • Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, MMPs and CDPs; • Strong analytical ability to track, interpret, and present data clearly • A habit of staying on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities • Bonus points - Proven track record of success in app-first business • Genuine interest in investing or finance
