📋 Description
• Ensures campaigns run flawlessly from a technical perspective and deliver expected performance • Acts as the interface between engineering, product, account management, and publishers • 3rd-level support and campaign management: execute implementations, analyze error sources, and find solutions • Conduct checks and optimizations in Google Ad Manager • Document processes, solutions, and best practices • Monitor new tools, technologies and AdTech trends to bring fresh ideas
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience in technical support or ad operations within the digital AdTech environment • Degree in media design, computer science, IT, or a comparable field • Native-level German, strong English skills in spoken and written form (at least B2) • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and a deep technical understanding of website integrations • Solid knowledge of Prebid, Amazon APS and Open Bidding, including implementation and troubleshooting • Experience setting up, optimizing and managing campaigns as well as deal setup in Google Ad Manager, Microsoft/Xandr and Equativ • Proficient with Outbrain, DV360, SSP/DSP and similar ad-serving and campaign management systems.
