📋 Description

• Your mission will be to revolutionize outbound and fulfillment logistics processes. • Support strategic decisions through data analysis and process improvement. • Ensure smooth coordination with international 3PL partners (Canada, China, UK, AU, SA, MX). • Track and analyze 3PL performance across multiple global sites. • Develop and maintain daily reports, dashboards, and insights. • Collaborate closely with internal teams and 3PLs to resolve operational issues. • Monitor fulfillment timelines and ensure orders are shipped on time. • Take ownership of credit/penalty processes and root-cause analyses. • Manage International Transfer Orders and B2B outbound flows.

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate English (written and verbal) • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, databases) • Experience using Google Docs and Sheets • Power BI, Tableau, SQL, MS Access, Lucidchart
