• 7+ years leading creative operations, preferably in DTC, agency, or high-growth environments. • Deep understanding of direct response advertising and production workflows. • Strong technical background in post-production and creative QA. • Familiar with creative performance metrics and able to bridge creative with media. • Highly structured and organized; thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments. • Collaborative leadership style: brings energy, clarity, and accountability to teams. • Curious and trend-savvy: follows UGC, AI, creative tooling, and optimization trends.
