📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple software implementation projects from initiation to completion • Serve as liaison between Training Orchestra and the client to ensure targets and requirements are met • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Integration, Support, Customer Success) to ensure seamless project delivery • Manage project scope, risks, and resources to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes • Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for implementing, using and integrating our solutions • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical configurations • Conduct regular status meetings, provide progress updates, and manage stakeholder communication • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Professional Services team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on project management • Fluency in French and English • Proven experience working with enterprise-level clients in a professional services or consulting role • Ability to work remotely and independently within a multicultural team • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Experience with Training Management solutions or similar solutions is a plus • PMP, or similar certification is preferred • Strong understanding of data migration and integration processes • Proficiency in database management and SQL queries to support data initialization, data analysis and system integrations • Familiarity with SaaS solution architecture and ability to understand technical aspects of cloud-based systems • Ability to perform business analysis tasks (gathering and documenting requirements, developing functional specifications, mapping workflows) • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and project tracking • Expertise in creating and delivering professional presentations using PowerPoint
