📋 Description
• Manage all aspects of multi-million dollar construction /refrigeration /controls projects portfolio • Validate project scope, cost, schedule by reviewing contract documents • Responsible for change order management by identifying opportunities • Maintain customer satisfaction by supporting company initiatives • Utilizes properly qualified subcontractors • Financially manages all aspects of projects including cash flow • Create and maintain project schedules
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced understanding of the development phase related to construction energy projects and opportunities • Must demonstrate strong leadership skills • 7 plus years' experience • Ability to obtain a General Contracting license a plus • Experience with Project Schedules / PM Construction Software • Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time
