📋 Description

• Learn all products in the assigned specialty area, including competitive offerings and regulations • Explain product options and make recommendations for routine customer inquiries • Provide customers with education, guidance, and transparency around retirement product solutions • Identify multi-product needs and connect customers with other product specialists • Work with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests • Handle routine inquiries while learning products and receiving guidance from senior analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience • FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66, required at time of hire • Life and Health licenses required within 60 days of hire • One year of experience in the financial services industry • Basic knowledge of financial products related to the assigned specialty area • Customer service, interpersonal, and listening skills • Problem-solving and decision-making skills for selecting and recommending product solutions • Written/verbal communication and presentation skills via phone, email, video, and chat • Proficiency using MS Office • CFP and/or CRPC preferred • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com) and digital financial advice platforms preferred • Ability to work a varying schedule to fulfill service levels during hours of operation
