📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations for your assigned region/market. • Develop and execute market strategies to drive revenue, manage fill rates, and ensure client retention. • Collaborate with the Sales Manager assigned to your market to create a strong sales plan, targeting growth with both existing and prospective clients. • Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and uncover new opportunities. • Partner with the Recruiting team to develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified CDL and non-CDL drivers. • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including DOT standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Experience in account management, operations, logistics, trucking, transp., customer service, relationship building, sales, and/ or staffing. • General knowledge of applicable employment and transportation regulations preferred. • Requires superior relationship building skills, strong communications, negotiation, analytical and critical thinking skills, and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast based, high-volume sales environment. • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office and web-based software, Tech Proficiency.
