📋 Description

• Lead financial aspects of acquisition integration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition of financial data • Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reports • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts • Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements • Assist in designing and implementing improved financial processes • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls during integration • Liaise with auditors and support statutory reporting requirements • Provide financial insights to senior management and operational teams • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the finance Director

🎯 Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) • Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within an acquisition or integration context • Familiarity with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives • Strong technical knowledge of management accounting principles and acquisition accounting • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Effective communication skills to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills • Commercial awareness and ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
