📋 Description
• Schedule recording sessions for a Data Collection project taking place in London, UK • Communicate with potential participants by phone or email • Screen and validate participants according to project criteria • Check participant availability and schedule sessions • Answer participant questions and provide logistical information • Send reminders to minimize no-shows • Fill session schedules in advance • Communicate daily schedule updates to the project team
🎯 Requirements
• Idiomatic fluency in Egyptian Arabic • Ability to adapt to the CET time zone • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed • Computer competency for data entry and producing reports and schedules • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and shifting focus as project needs evolve • Outstanding customer service skills • Excellent phone, email, and electronic media communication skills • Extremely detail-oriented • Experience working in a team
