📋 Description

• Build and evolve technical foundations supporting customer acquisition, activation, and retention across Treatwell’s markets • Improve how search engines and users understand Treatwell’s marketplace • Instrument work, support testing frameworks, and help teams validate ideas with data • Ship user-facing improvements to landing pages, discovery journeys, and conversion flows from problem framing through production • Own services end-to-end from architecture through deployment with a DevOps mindset • Translate growth and marketing opportunities into clear engineering work and maintain high quality standards • Work across Treatwell’s Marketplace products and three product engineering teams • Partner with marketing and growth stakeholders as a key technical partner • Evaluate request feasibility, manage expectations, and balance business speed with technical quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning production-grade web applications end-to-end at mid/senior level • Ability to own features from database schema through user interface without handoffs • Systems thinking and ability to evaluate trade-offs and upstream causes • Product mindset focused on user needs and outcomes • Data-driven, hypothesis-led approach with instrumentation and impact measurement • Ability to partner with non-engineering stakeholders and translate ambiguous growth or marketing needs into technical options • Experience with SEO, experimentation, analytics, performance, or growth-related product areas • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar is a plus • Fluent English communication • Based in any city within Italy or Spain • Valid right to work in Italy or Spain
