📋 Description

• Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more • Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email to create personalized customer experiences • Access 80+ insurance carriers to find best-fit policies for each customer • Leverage AI-powered tools and technology to streamline workflow and boost earnings • Close 60+ policies per month with warm inbound leads (no cold calling) • Work four 10-hour shifts weekly, including at least one weekend day; collaborate with the team to build a schedule • Contribute to a high-performing, fast-moving remote sales team and meet or exceed sales quotas

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses • 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience • Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume, fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills - phone and written • Tech-savvy, motivated, and adaptable • Ability to work four 10-hour shifts per week, including at least one weekend day; agency operates daily from 9 AM to 9 PM ET • Sign-on bonus eligibility may vary based on active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines licenses at time of hire • Must complete a background check prior to starting employment • Remote position open to candidates in most U.S. states (with the exception of California)
