📋 Description

• Understand the current QA workflow, testing culture, and release processes — then propose and implement improvements • Work with developers and product to define clear task details, acceptance criteria, and test checklists • Ensure all features shipped meet an appropriate standard of quality — reliability, correctness, performance, and UX • Perform manual testing in a systematic and documented way • Build and improve automated tests (we use JS / Puppeteer ) and ensure the pipeline is healthy • Collaborate closely with developers to define and maintain appropriate lower-level automated test coverage (unit, integration, services) • Lead the QA team (currently 2 QAs), while maintaining a collaborative “engineers test their own work too” environment • Help shape how we measure, track, and enforce quality across the product

🎯 Requirements

• Experience conducting structured manual testing (e.g., using test checklists, test cases, reproducibility flows) • Experience leading QA efforts — whether as QA Lead, Senior QA, or similar • Experience writing and maintaining automated tests, ideally using JavaScript + Puppeteer or similar frameworks • Ability to collaborate with developers on determining necessary unit/integration coverage • Hands-on experience trading or designing strategies is a major advantage
