📋 Description

• Perform strategic leadership and oversight of data management staff • Direct performance, security, and scalability of enterprise data environments • Establish strategic roadmap for database and data warehouse services • Establish governance structures, policies, and standards for data management and architecture • Collaborate with senior leadership to align data initiatives with business objectives • Oversee administration of enterprise databases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in database administration, data warehousing, or data engineering. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must reside within North Carolina. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Communications, Engineering, Business, or similar disciplines (preferred). • Master’s degree in relevant field (preferred). • Supervision of two (2) or more employees (preferred). • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) (preferred). • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer), or equivalent certifications will be accepted (preferred).
