📋 Description

• Develop and update content for commercial assets across digital channels, including banner ads, emails, i-detail sales materials, social media content, and websites • Develop and update printed materials, including posters, slide kits, patient guidelines, sales content, leaflets, and conference materials • Create promotional communication content translating science and data into compelling copy • Adapt larger content into smaller, easy-to-read materials while maintaining key medical messaging and anchoring medical literature references • Ensure content complies with medical, regulatory, legal, and compliance guidelines, including Netherlands legislation and client policies • Support content with authentic, current, and up-to-date references • Contribute to creative projects involving ideation and moving image for campaign-level activity • Partner with graphic design, brand, and production teams on copy needs, briefs, workshops, and project deliveries • Follow departmental best practices for processes, communication, project management, documentation, language, grammar, stylization, content search, summarizing, data conflicts, and referencing • Create copy drafts to the highest editorial standards • Participate in assigned training programs and complete assignments as required • Participate in client calls according to project requirements • Use, oversee, and harness AI tools to provide accurate and relevant copy content • Adhere to quality systems, processes, policies, training, specifications, confidentiality, and security requirements

🎯 Requirements

• English copywriting skills focused on the medical industry • Education-related healthcare Degree/Masters or equivalent qualification preferable • Minimum of 3+ years of experience, including an in-house creative or agency role working with Pharma sector clients • Awareness of local and country/region-specific regulatory requirements • Familiarity with or intermediate understanding of medicine; respiratory and immunology, cardiovascular, renal and metabolic, and oncology therapy areas are good to have • Strong writing skills, conceptual ability, and knowledge of the digital landscape • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills • Relevant experience and skills in SEO copywriting and keyword research is a distinct advantage • Awareness of the latest technical/scientific developments • Strong stakeholder engagement and networking ability • Client-oriented attitude • Ability to assure timely completion of assignments • Problem identification and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented, well-organized, timeline-driven, and able to multitask • Experience in a large multinational company in a matrix corporate environment preferable • Strong written and verbal communication skills in native Dutch and good business English • Working understanding of the CGR Code (Code Geneesmiddelenreclame) and the Dutch Medicines Act • Ability to work within medical, regulatory, legal, compliance, quality, confidentiality, and security requirements
