• Drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of critical business systems projects • Take ownership of TAP eCommerce platform (iStore) and align with strategic objectives • Lead efforts across Technical Managers and functional specialists • Spearhead organizational change management efforts • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks • Utilize Jira and other tools for project metrics • Manage communication and expectations with business stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, managing complex IT projects, business systems, or enterprise-level software implementation • Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, dependencies, and complex team structures • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to drive consensus, foster a culture of trust and collaboration, and lead cross-functional teams
