📋 Description

• Central responsibility for data • Building structures, standards, and dashboards • Developing metrics & KPIs for different areas • Translating business goals into measurable metrics • Creating dashboards & reports • Automating recurring reporting • Designing tagging & tracking strategies • Measuring the performance of content & campaigns • Evaluating monetization models • Detecting anomalies & fraud risks • Supporting A/B tests & experiments • Performing cohort analyses and CLV calculations • Advising teams on data-driven decisions • Training colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital/data analytics • Ideally experienced with GA4 and Looker Studio • Confidently translate business questions into KPIs, tracking & reports • Hypothesis-driven thinking • Proficient in A/B testing • Knowledge of online monetization (display, affiliate, direct sales) • Able to explain attribution/ROI in practical terms • Visualize complex topics simply & clearly • Proactive communication with stakeholders • Use AI tools in daily work • Fluent in German • Must reside in Germany
