📋 Description

• Lead the development of Data Science within Product, producing statistical models that impact product and customer-experience insights and recommendations • Scale the Product Analytics team’s impact through automation, self-service model capabilities, improved experimentation velocity, and efficiency • Architect and implement predictive, classification, clustering, and other statistical models for personalization and recommendations • Explore new tooling, products, and approaches including Agentic AI and AI Agents, develop proofs of concept, and drive adoption • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to identify high-impact customer and product opportunities • Design and analyze complex A/B tests, causal inference models, and uplift modeling • Mentor product analysts in experimentation, modeling, and data-driven product development • Define the roadmap for Product Data Science • Communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in data science or a similar quantitative role, with a proven track record of supporting and influencing a product organization • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL • Deep, hands-on experience with statistical modeling, (quasi) experimentation, multi-arm bandit, and machine learning techniques including regression, classification, and clustering • Ability to define, implement, and operationalize crucial product and feature-level metrics from scratch • Proven ability to lead technical discussions, drive product strategy, and communicate complex insights effectively to cross-functional Product, Engineering, and Design teams • Experience scaling impact through automated processes, self-service tools, or data products • Experience applying rational, skeptical, and unbiased analysis and evaluation • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
