📋 Description

• Lead customer activation for Moby, helping new users identify high-value initial use cases • Translate customer goals, team structures, marketing motions, and growth challenges into practical Moby workflows • Enable customer operators to use Moby across paid media, measurement, creative, and growth planning • Coach customers to evaluate Moby recommendations, ask better questions, and convert AI outputs into decisions • Diagnose opportunities, recommend workflows, and build early customer trust during onboarding • Maintain strategic customer relationships and drive adoption of new Moby use cases • Identify repeatable activation patterns and create playbooks for the broader team • Partner with product, design, and engineering to share customer feedback and improve Moby • Help ecommerce brands adopt Moby, Triple Whale’s AI teammate for marketing analysis, planning, and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in media buying, growth marketing, ecommerce marketing, or agency strategy • Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar ecommerce/growth tools • Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, contribution margin, retention, and payback • Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, n8n, or similar systems • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with founders, marketers, operators, and agencies • Ability to be prescriptive while teaching customers how to operate • Curiosity, speed, and a collaborative attitude in a fast-moving environment • Ability to consistently work Pacific Time (PT) hours • Preferred: candidates based on the West Coast • Bonus: agency experience or experience managing multiple brands/accounts • Bonus: experience scaling DTC or retail brands • Bonus: familiarity with attribution, incrementality, MMM, or marketing measurement • Bonus: comfort with SQL or BI tools • Bonus: experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or performance marketing leadership
