âą Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to generate and accelerate the pipeline for your clientele. âą Develop and implement targeted, multi-channel ABM programs and campaigns. âą Build a high-performing team of passionate marketers. âą Own campaign execution end-to-end, including analysis and reporting. âą Collaborate with internal/external content Marketing and Product Marketing teams. âą Use analytics to profile and target ideal accounts and contacts. âą Improve CRO Program efficiency by designing and maintaining systems, training, SOPs, etc.
âą Ability to understand the target audience quickly. âą 4 years of actual B2B/SaaS Paid Media experience. âą Proven track record of launching successful campaigns in paid media channels. âą Experienced with complex data sets to make data-informed decisions. âą Working knowledge of account-based marketing and ABM tools. âą Deep knowledge across Search and social (programmatic is a bonus). âą Experienced with Web tracking, CRM & analytics platforms (i.e., Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, DataStudio, Hubspot, Salesforce). âą Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills.
