📋 Description

• Lead UA and organic growth strategies across Zephyr Mobile's top-performing mobile titles. • Own and optimise several multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and financial planning for growth. • Use data to uncover opportunities and inform experimentation across UA, monetisation and product. • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging genres; adopt innovative mechanics and tools. • Guide development of analytics, BI and adtech infrastructure to ensure end-to-end data visibility. • Manage internal creative team to innovate ad content and drive creative excellence. • Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics to launch high-impact cross-functional initiatives. • Build and manage strategic relationships with ad networks, stores, platforms and external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or product marketing roles. • Proven leadership: Strong track record leading and mentoring high-performing teams. • Cross-functional success: Experience driving initiatives with Product, UA, Creative, and Analytics. • Business impact: Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through bold growth experiments. • Strategic thinking: Experience developing and executing growth strategies in mobile gaming or related industries. • Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities. • Strong understanding of LTV modelling, mobile attribution, and performance data. • Comfort operating with autonomy and influencing senior stakeholders.
