📋 Description

• Own creative strategy for the brand, including angle ideation, market research, brief development, script writing, and ad account analysis • Produce 15 briefs per week across multiple product lines and funnels • Conduct daily research using GetHooked, AdSpy, and the Meta Ads Library • Review and quality-check briefs from junior strategists • Collaborate with editors through Asana and Frame.io • Review live performance data and feed learnings into new creative concepts • Build and manage a creative pod with direct reports over time • Contribute to performance reviews and improve creative performance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in direct response creative strategy • Hands-on experience in health, wellness, or supplements • At least one ad that crossed $100k in spend in a single month • Fluent in Meta Ads Manager and metrics including CPA, nCPA, hook rate, CTR, AOV, RPV, and cohort data • Experience using GetHooked, AdSpy, and the Meta Ads Library for research • Background in video and direct response • Understanding of VSL and native ad conversion at scale • Experience managing and developing junior strategists • Ability to thrive in lean, fast environments • Portfolio or ad examples with spend results must be attached when applying
