📋 Description

• Manage 12–15 qualitative research projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle • Partner with Recruiting teams to execute project requirements, quotas, and timelines • Provide accurate, real-time reporting on recruitment progress, quotas, and project status • Monitor project execution, identify risks, gaps, or changes, and drive timely resolution • Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones • Adapt to evolving project needs while meeting delivery expectations • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability • Apply understanding of feasibility, cost, and margin to project decisions and recommendations • Ensure compliance with healthcare research requirements, adverse event protocols, and client-specific guidelines • Escalate risks and partner with ADPMs to resolve complex challenges

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • 2+ years of experience in market research, project management, or a related field preferred • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong Excel skills required • Full-time, exempt employment
