📋 Description

• Ensure commission processes are managed with precision to support timely and error-free payouts. • Strengthen reporting and data integrity in Spiff, Salesforce, and billing systems for leadership decision-making. • Partner with Finance during month-end close by reconciling accounts, validating accruals, and aligning commission expenses with accounting standards. • Surface and address discrepancies in opportunities, contracts, or commission data to minimize downstream risks. • Contribute to designing workflows and reporting to reduce manual effort and improve transparency. • Build relationships with Sales, Finance, and Operations as a reliable partner and trusted resource. • Assist in payroll processing and billing operations by ensuring accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and aligning data across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, commissions administration, or related finance roles, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment. • Strong technical proficiency with commissions tools (Spiff preferred), Salesforce CRM, and billing/AR platforms. • Background in accounting operations (billing, invoicing, AR, or contract review). • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage 3–4 concurrent projects without delays. • Strong analytical skills with experience in reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting ASC 340-40 compliance. • Clear, proactive communicator who provides fast, reliable support to cross-functional stakeholders.
